This application provides all of the user login/ privilege capabilities for the
Soule system. On starting this module, the user logs in with their username
& password. The security and system privileges for all other modules are
then checked through this module. This also gives the company the capability
to track user activity and specify exactly which programs, screens, and functions
that each of their users can access in all of the other Soule modules. Without
this module, a company cannot setup their user table and no security or user activity
logging is possible.
This application also brings together the data from many of the other Soule modules
to give the user a one-stop summary view of the estimate & contract information.
Managers will find this extremely useful to view the general info for the estimate
through the contract, including how and to whom the estimate was bid, all bid conditions
and bid price breakdowns, all job contacts, shipping addresses, and any comments
that users in the system have entered tied to the specific estimate/contract.
The contract information and billing information are also presented, including the
bill to date info for the job and the customer’s current balance for the job.
Contract Management gives the user a place to setup all of the company defined tables
used throughout the system, including the company’s parts, bend types, users, fab
shops, etc.
Finally, this application serves as the launching point for all of the other Soule
modules. From the main screen of Contract Management, the user simply clicks
an icon to start any of the other Soule modules.
